chrislewisjones44@gmail.com
Primary 32 Seeley Road Nottingham NG7 1NU

one of the newest and most exciting artist-run spaces in the UK. In addition, I am an Associate Artist at Nottingham Contemporary, a part time tutor in Art & Design for the WEA, a visiting lecturer at Nottingham Trent Univirsity, co-artistic director of Dog's Daughter and Co-Head Gardener at Nu-Urban Gardeners, another live art duo also based at Primary.

My practice is concerned with exploring notions of context.
I do this using installation, assemblage, photogarpahy, live art/performance, drawing and increasingly, fugurative painting (mainly water colour)
I am particularly interested in mapping and walking. I am something of a Flâneur,
a hopeful traveller, for whom the journey is more important than the destination.
